It All Ends Here
This movie amazed me for its great visuals. Although I haven’t seen all of the Harry Potter movies, I still think it has a deep sense of story. A reason why I should watch them someday. Anyway, I hope guys like it!
Upon searching for some references, I found an inspirational quote:
Happiness can be found even in the darkest of times, if one remembers to turn on the light.

This was my first-ever artwork of the year, 2013! Guess where did I submit this? (You got it!) Graphika Manila! Yup, I tried my luck again by submitting a portrait though I know they were looking for something unique. This wasn’t published but I thank them for pushing me to create an artwork after 3 months, I guess?
So yeah, summer vacation has just started and I look forward on being active again here on tumblr and making lotsa digital stuff! And, still on the confusion what school should I enter. :-( DLSU, CSB, or MINT? Huhu. Ahhh, I just need some time to think. Probably.

Here’s a little teaser on what I’ve submitted to Graphika Manila. I actually don’t know if they will still accept this entry because I sent it like around 11:59 - 12:03 am (Friday night). Gmail had some bugs and didn’t let me send the first emails. Good thing that Google Drive solved the problem; but, the question still remains on my mind whether they will see and review this. Hopefully, yes! And this is my first artwork of 2013. Hooray!
Pasikla-Band 2012
Every year, our school holds a fair with a significant mission - to reach out for the people in need and give them help. And after 5 years (4 or 5? I’m not sure), they put back the Battle of the Bands. It has always been the highlight of the Mission Fair since a lot of people are in to music and students want to showcase their skills and talents. The students are really demanding to have it back and fortunately, they did! Surprisingly, they put it back right when we’re about to graduate. Hooray! I guess they, the administrators and heads, have realized that it does not just promote our abilities but also the values and teachings they have given to us.
So back to the topic.. Since I’m the President of our club, Likhang Sining, I was asked to make the tarpaulin design for the said event. Our club moderator thought of having the members submit first their ideas by sketching it on a paper and the officers of the club will pick out the best. The sketch and concept of Mary Rose, the Vice President of the club, was picked (I don’t have the original drawing, sorry). And of course, made it out again and tadah! The final product can be seen above. Hope you like our almost-collaboration! Woohoo!

Howdy howdy everyone. Here’s my latest work, Manila! Really dedicated a lot of time here but it’s not enough to put all the elements because of our exam. I would post the full version of this during the sembreak, maybe? So expect that soon!
Anyway, if you have time, could you please like the photo above on Facebook? It would mean a lot. Thanks in advance!
