Redesigning and redefining Wikipedia
You have probably heard of Wikipedia, and looking at it doesn’t seem attractive and pleasant. Yes, the website has changed the way the world looks at open-source information. But, for all its great characteristics, one thing for sure, it lacks an important aspect: design.
This is where the creative agency, New!, comes in. They’ve spent months on this great project, Wikipedia Redefined, which aims to make Wikipedia “better, reader or editor friendlier, clearer and aesthetically satisfying.”

It’s not the first Wikipedia redesign I’ve seen, but this one just tops it all. From the logo to the article pages — You can’t deny that this is surely great.

Will Wikipedia even listen? I hope yes. I’m expecting this project will push through!
I’m loving it so far. How about you?

A very nice idea. Since many people are already used to checking Wikipedia out for quick answers, why not make it look...

I like this idea! Sometimes it is so frustrating navigating through a website that has poor design.
